Are you sleeping well

The quality of sleep disappears. Today, most people are not able to sleep well. It is not that all of them are taking sleeping pills or alcohol for sleep, there are many people who use such substances to get sleep but majority sleep without such substances which is all right. , But who sleeps? This I have to ask myself and a simple test is when we wake up in the morning, is it using an alarm or if we wake up naturally how fresh do we feel? Do we want to sleep for 10 more minutes? Do we feel like sniffing the alarm and coming back to sleep? Because although we sleep for 5 hours, 6 hours or more over a long period of time, two things require rest. The Mind 2. The Body These two need to be recharged the next morning. Our body will fully relax and recharge and so will our mind. When we fall asleep we create a lot of emotions, reactions, unrest throughout the day. We even generate negative energy in the environment, they come back to us and the mind thinks about many things and then at night we watch the news or a serial on television, or maybe we create a novel Or perhaps read a thriller, which means that the final information we're putting out is turbulent negative. Even the news is not very good, even what is shown on television shows is not always right about jealousy, betrayal. Many of them have elements of revenge, hate and anger. After watching them or reading novels like these, the mind has already seen a lot of such scenes during the first day. This you have seen a lot, lots of scenes I'm building here, lots of scenes around me and then a lot of scenes in the name of entertainment at night. Now it's my rest time, so what did I do during my rest? All these scenes. As the final information for the day, we took in these scenes and slept. That means, the car was in 5th gear the mind - high speed and we left it in 5th gear and slept. We did not shut down the engine. We did not slow down. Now after 6 hours when we wake up, the body becomes relaxed now it gets rejuvenated during sleep but my mind remained in those thoughts all night because we did not slow it down. And slowing down does not mean stopping thinking means that all the issues created during the day did we solve them? Did we sort them? Did we answer the mind or sleep with questions? Slept with hate. Slept with anger Therefore, the mind keeps on going at night. And then when we wake up in the morning, we will not feel fresh. So we get irritated as soon as we get up today, the morning scene of any house has completely changed. The fight over a cup of tea also starts. Earlier people used to play devotional songs, light incandescent sticks. The house will be peaceful. Today, we wake up late and then the mood is not good so to get the mood back we need a cup of tea. Now, we continue to use the mind that is already fatigued. For another 15-16 hours and then we are not able to sleep properly at night and then we use our brain the next day. This has been going on for years. Today, you will find many people who can sleep even while sleeping. We see that when so many public programs take place in the morning, people wake up after 7 hours of sleep and they sleep in front of us in the program. Why? Because they are sleep deprived. They think they sleep well at night, their body fell asleep. People sleep anywhere, even during their meetings in the office when they are sitting because they are deprived of sleep, so their brain is not sleeping at night. If the mind does not sleep at night and if it repeats for days, months or years, how will we behave if we do not get proper sleep? People say, "What can we do, our work is like this?" "I work at night" "I have a business of sleeping and other things" "Prices in our business can decrease anytime" Very well, that's right. They are bound to happen, but what do we need to do? We need to see that even if prices fluctuate, our state of mind should not fluctuate. Even if the price of gold fluctuates, our mind should not do it because we have to do our business. But is our mind connected to our business? Is this? Why not? Is your mind connected to your business? Yes. This means that again we are saying that- Business affects our mind. And the second is - our brain affects business. Does the situation affect our state of mind? Or does our state of mind affect the state? This is the game we play every day.
