There is no greater pain that can be inflicted on you than your inner enemy. Your own thoughts will torment you more than anything or anything. They can be compared to a terrorist living in your soul. But when you learn to control and direct your mind, you can direct that inner voice to work against you. You can make it work for you by making it a compelling future. A future you will be proud to live by. You do this by having a meaningful goal, not just the goal. Goals that excite you to get up every morning. You do this by understanding what your purpose in life really is. What are you doing all this? When you know things, when you work on yourself daily you can soothe that voice in your head. You can feel quite good because you are good enough. But it takes a commitment to daily practice to work on its own. Cut something that you spend a lot of time on, which does nothing good for your life and replaces you with daily work. empower yourself. Set to win your life.

Control your Thoughts
When you refuse to allow any doubt in your own mind, no doubt from others will ever go to your decision. When you make a strong mind, there can be no other that will beat you with their words or with their decisions. When you believe in you, you don't need anyone else to believe you. Because to others, nobody really says who you will be, only you say that. Only you can decide whether other opinions become reality or you make your own fate. The biggest challenge facing any human being is the biggest challenge. Their own fears and their own thoughts. If you want to live your dream then you have to fight for it. You have to fight the biggest battle of your life. You have to fight against the outside enemy. People who don't believe in you. People who do you wrong. People who put you down. You will have to battle with the intimate enemy. Those close to you may do you wrong or may believe that you do not believe. The idea of those who want the best for you, but their support, is to remind you what cannot or should not be done. But the worst internal enemy of all is. You must wage war that sounds like an army in your own head, an army of doubt. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, lack of trust. The voices inside his head are saying that I am not very good. I'm not worthy. I want to do it, but I can't do it. I want to give to the people I love but I can't, I don't deserve love. I will never be able to do that. I am disappointed I have tried everything. The world is against me. Nobody believes me. My life is not worth living.
