Morning Routine




Beginning in the morning with speed, you can maintain it for the rest of the day. But before we get into the routine, you need to get up first and we all know how hard morning is.When you delay waking up until you are completely behaved, consider that what you are doing is actually opposing your life. So here are some tips on how you can resist pressing the snooze button. Turn the alarm across the room. It builds the pace and motion of the body, so it helps you wake up. Although you are still likely to get sleepy. Drink a glass of water. You will be naturally dehydrated after 6-8 hours without water and dehydration causes fatigue. Its purpose is to revive your body as fast as possible, to replace the water you were deprived of. Brush your teeth. The point is that you are brainless for the first few minutes and just giving your body time to wake up. Since you are already in a bathroom, splashes of water on your face, it will wake up next to you as well. You can either meditate or just take heavy breaths while you let your mind wander. This will help you clear your head of all immediate thoughts and reduce stress. Just do this for 5 minutes. But make sure you don't do it in bed, you don't want to fall asleep again! Write your affirmations, align them with the things you want to accomplish and repeat them daily - making an impact on your subconscious mind. You can eliminate your limiting beliefs and behaviours and replace them with those you need to succeed. Here is an example that if you want to lose weight, your affirmation might look something like this I am committed to going to to gym 5 days a week and walking for 20 minutes on the treadmill. The more specific actions are, the better. Customize them to your needs. When you exercise even for a few minutes, it greatly increases your energy and mental clarity. Every morning you get your stove rate and fill the lungs with oxygen. Whether you do some yoga, go for a walk. write your goals and plans, lessons learned and so on. Anything you feel you need to focus on writing your life will help you capture ideas. The process of writing something by force to think through it is enough to understand it. So it is about "life guards". You can do each activity for as long as possible, but try not to exceed your morning routine by 1 hour.
